Postdoctoral opportunities
The Australian Research Council annually seeks applications for Australian Postdoctoral Fellowships from researchers with less than 3 years postdoctoral experience. This is within the scope of Discovery-Projects grants.
The next deadline for applications is March 2009 for commencement in 2010.
Other sources of funding are also available.
Funding for short visits is also available from DEST.
PhD opportunities
PhD students are always welcome. Currently available PhD projects will focus on: (1) polyoxometalate-encapsulated single-molecule magnets or (2) polymetallic valence tautomeric complexes
Information on application procedures is available from the School of Graduate Research. Postgraduate scholarships are available for Australian and international students. International students may also apply for funding from DEST.
