The Soft Condensed Matter group at the University of Melbourne has a number of collaborations with top research groups from the University of Melbourne and other  leading institutes around the world. These include:
the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) in Nancy, France
the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering
the Department of Physiology
Carnegie Mellon University.
The group also has professional affiliations with scientific organisations such as the Fluorescence Applications in Biotechnology and Life Sciences (FABLS) Network and the Particulate Fluids Processing Centre (PFPC), a Special Research Centre of the ARC.
